How much does sod installation cost?
Every yard gets a free written quote. Text your address and we measure it from satellite, then send one price that covers the whole job: old lawn out, soil prep, grading, fresh sod and 30 days of aftercare.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
No. We measure from satellite and can walk the yard while you are out. You only need to be reachable by text.
How long does an install take?
Most yards are done in one day. Bigger yards or jobs with sprinklers take two to three days.
Do you take out the old lawn?
Yes. The old grass and roots come out first, then we rebuild and grade the soil before the new sod goes down.
Does new sod need a sprinkler system?
On bigger lawns, yes. A hose cannot keep that much new sod watered every day. We install zoned sprinkler systems, and if you already have one we check it with your estimate.
How do I water new sod?
You get a written watering guide the day we finish, with times per zone. Follow it until the first mow.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every install includes 30 days of aftercare, and sprinkler systems carry a 2 year parts and labor warranty.
